Pastel pink in colour (?! Is there Sauvignon gris in it?). A very intense gooseberry fruit nose streams out of the glass, along with some ice candy and other esters (also some ethyl acetate). In the mouth, the wine has quite impressive acidity, a rather light body and a pinch of tannin. A rough journeyman.
