Pale greenish-yellow. Yellow apple fruit underpinned by fresh herbal notes, subtle tobacco-like nuances, and a hint of minerality. Juicy, compact, elegant texture, a hint of grapefruit, salty notes, an easy-drinking style, excellent expression of the variety, versatile.
