Tasting Notes

Tasting from 16.02.2024: Ulrich Sautter

The aroma is yeasty and herbal. There are also slightly "wild" and spicy tones such as bay leaves. On the palate the wine is sinewy, with a taut, carefully extracted tannin, the acidity is well integrated and leaves the finish to the aromas, which are not yet fully developed and strive towards spiciness.
