Tasting Notes
Deep ruby, purple reflections, subtle bright rim. Delicate with graphite nuances and dried herbs underlying red wild berry confit, candied orange zest, cherry compote. Medium complexity, some nougat, integrated tannins, ripe plum, dark chocolate, mineral and persistent. It needs a few more years of bottle ageing, and has definite development potential.
