Deep dark ruby garnet, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Black forest berries, nuances of cassis and liquorice, orange zest, nougat and precious wood. Very powerful, dark berries, pickled cherries, savoury tannins, salty finish, somewhat flinty, ideal for strongly savoury dishes.
