Tasting from 16.04.2020: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog, Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Candied peach, anise, mandarin, Turkish honey. Restrained use of wood. Very ripe (but clean) vintage. In the mouth power and texture, great volume with a firm acid backbone and a distinctive mineral foundation. Great length. Needs food.
