The prosecco Prosecco Rosé DOC Brut, vintage 2020 from the winery Paladin has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Glera from the region Veneto in Italy.
Pale old rose. Shows subtle nuances of wild strawberries on the nose, paired with a hint of blood orange and a little straw. On the palate cool fruit and well-integrated mousse, spreads an airy dress, with a delicate juiciness on the finish.
