Tasting from 06.10.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Bright, brilliant ruby red with subtle brightening rim. On the nose ripe hints, a little nutty, rich cherry, plus rich earthy notes. On the palate a fine salty undertone, with grip, showing ripe fruit notes, spicy with old wood savouriness, already approachable.
