Pear and green apple on the nose, with crisp yellow fruits, mirabelle plum, fine savouriness, floral notes, leafy green. Fresh on the palate with vivid, finely chiselled acidity, juicy, notes of green apple and grapefruit, straightforward and uncomplicated.
