Medium yellow green colour with silver reflections. Fine yellow tropical fruits, nuances of passion fruit and guava, notes of gooseberries, mineral touch. Juicy, yellow peach, full-bodied texture, finesse-rich acidity, salty and good persistence, sure ageing potential.
