Bright, radiant ruby red. The nose initially reveals notes of wood and sealing wax, then opens tentatively with raspberries, sage and liquorice, pipe tobacco echo. The palate is polished and with tight-knit tannins, spreads with a velvety effect over the tongue, fine balsamic undertone, salty and with a long finish, radiant.
