Tasting Notes
Subtle notes of freshly cut grass, elderflower and crushed watercress blend in with a hint of passion fruit. The palate sports these same aromatics and weaves them into a beautiful texture. The body of the wine is light but wonderfully balanced, with the usually overt varietal notes of Bacchus presented with beautiful, balanced restraint. There is beautiful aromatic length and a most appetising, dry, mouth-watering finish.
