Brilliant medium golden yellow with a fine-grained and persistent mousse. Citrus fruit and grapefruit on the nose, paired with hawthorn blossom and light fumé. Pleasantly fresh and juicy on the palate, with well-integrated mousse and citrus aromas on the finish.
