A very fresh nose holds bright notes of green apple, bright lemon and a hint of butter biscuit and vanilla. The palate is really fresh and comes with a lovely, rounded dimension of autolysis - reminiscent again of butter biscuit. The mousse is fine and lively, the body is light and utterly vivacious but smooth. This strikes a lovely balance and is most appetizing.
