Tasting Notes

Tasting from 19.10.2017: Peter Moser

Deep dark opaque ruby, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Dark berry confit with a touch of eucalyptus in the background, nuances of liquorice and cassis, a hint of nougat and mint, fine touch of noble wood. Juicy, ripe heart cherries, fine, silky tannins, fine acidity, a touch of chocolate, lemony nuances, lingers long, great ageing potential.
