Tasting from 26.04.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Full, fruity aroma, white peach, mirabelle plum and gooseberry, elderflower dipped in rock sugar, pear and a little lychee also appear. Fruity ripeness dominates the palate with fine pear, supported by a stable acidity, also apricot. A fruity, harmonious and balanced wine with a filigree structure and fine spice in the finish; good chilled as an aperitif.
