Tasting from 26.09.2025: Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem

Bright straw yellow with a delicate mousse. An inviting nose of papaya, mango, elderflower cordial and lemon. Great crispness on the palate, with beautiful citrus fruit and a fine interplay of sweetness and acidity. Clean as a whistle and highly gluggable.
