The rosé wine Rosato Costa Toscana IGT, vintage 2020 from the winery Piccini has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 88 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Syrah from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Pale salmon-coloured shimmer. Aromas of small strawberries and raspberries, also somewhat floral with peach blossom. Juicy on the notion, with an animating, light-footed texture and relaxed acidity, narrowing somewhat on the finish, ending on red fruit and citrus, very simple, but proves to be easy to drink.
