Tasting Notes

Tasting from 28.04.2017

Quite typical aroma with notes of canned corn, popcorn, lemon peel and hints of roasted hazelnut. Smooth attack, then full-bodied with the support of a ripe, well-integrated acidity. A rather strong hint of salinity gives the wine a distinctive character. A good food companion: from sea fish to poultry.
