Tasting from 22.03.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Ruby red colour with a cherry-red core. Open-hearted and savoury on the nose, cherry, purple and black pepper, sealing wax on the finish. Fresh on the palate, loosely knit tannins, blood and orange, light barrel savouriness, breaks off in the middle and remains persistent.
