Tasting Notes
Very intense greenish yellow. A little restrained on the nose, subtle yellow fruit, honey. High dosage on the palate, sweetish, lots of coarse-grained mousse, somewhat bitter and cardboardy on the finish.
More about the tastingLight silver-yellow, brilliant mousse, fine and persistent. Delicately sweet nose with notes of apple, pear and banana. Lively and firm on the palate. Pleasant mineral and citrus notes accompany the sip. Closes dry.
More about the tastingShiny, light silver, persistent mousse. Opens with appealing notes of jasmine and acacia blossom, some honeydew melon. Round and creamy attack and finish, with fine, vivid fruit and a long finish.
