Tasting Notes

2.5
Tasting from 31.08.2006

Deep ruby garnet, violet reflections. Delicately ethereal on the nose, hints of eucalyptus, coconut and grapefruit zest. Juicy on the palate, fresh acidity structure, but also a little too much sweetness, hints of rhubarb, ultimately lacking harmony between the elements, idiosyncratic, dry finish.
