Tasting from 28.10.2020: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

An intense orange-pink colour. Toasted brown bread, hazelnuts and blood orange on the nose, slightly mineral and smoky, inviting. Very precise on the palate with polished fruit notes, a well-integrated mousse, very dry, straightforward on the finish.
