The red wine Vigna Cristiana Boca DOC, vintage 2013 from the winery Podere ai Valloni has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kien, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Nebbiolo, Vespolina from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Rich, bright garnet red with purple reflections. Fresh blackberry and juniper on the nose, also slightly nutty, then black olive, somewhat balsamic and slightly smoky. It hits the palate with rich, ripe fruit, has a grippy tannin finish, date and dried plum on the palate, then a little broad on the finish.
