The semi-sparkling carbonated wine Caterina Rosé Spumante from the winery Podere Casanova Montepulciano has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Chardonnay from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Brightest salmon pink in the glass with a brilliant core. Quite restrained on the nose, some citrus, grapefruit notes. The palate is precise and slightly sharp, tight mousse meanders over the tongue, crisp with a harmonious finish.
