Tasting from 23.05.2019: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright white with silver reflections and persistent mousse. Citrusy nose with a hint of salt, light flint. Spreads powerfully on the palate at first, very crisp, flattens out in the fruit at the back and remains with plenty of mousse.
