Tasting from 05.08.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red with a brightening rim. A bit closed on the nose, then infused with a green, peppery note, also some leather and Amarena cherries. The palate is savoury, with a lot of texture and somewhat loosely knit tannins, but also nice juiciness on the finish.
