The red wine Barolo DOCG, vintage 2017 from the winery Poderi Moretti has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Dark, shimmering brown-red. Aroma of clove, poppy seeds and black olive, some truffle and dark chocolate. Spicy on the palate with an earthy undertone, youthful tannins, somewhat pithy and then slightly frayed on the finish.
