Tasting Notes

Tasting from 03.09.2015

Rich, impenetrable ruby-violet. Very clear and present nose with notes of blackberries and elderberries. Lots of fresh, clear fruit on the palate, opens up with grippy tannins, becomes somewhat sandy as it progresses, still needs ageing.
