The red wine Barolo DOCG Brunate, vintage 2019 from the winery Poderi Marcarini has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Bright ruby red colour with garnet reflections and a brightening rim. Sweet fruity notes of raspberries, cherries and blackberries on the nose, with liquorice and wilted rose petals in the background. Very precise and powerful on the palate, accompanied by elegant fruit aromas, the tannins are well-embedded, fruity, long finish.
