Bright straw yellow colour. Very fruity on the nose, with notes of ripe stone fruits, pear yoghurt, a hint of peppermint, sea salt, sealing wax. Just as fruity on the palate, again on pear yoghurt, slightly lactic notes, breaks down a little on the finish.
