The red wine Chianti Classico DOCG, vintage 2019 from the winery Poggio Bonelli has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Merlot from the region Chianti in Italy.
Powerful, shiny ruby colour with purple reflections. Ripe plums and blackberry confit on the nose, paired with the finest roasted aromas and mint, with a hint of mocha. Juicy on the palate, with grippy tannins, full-bodied and mellow, winding its way harmoniously and emphatically into the finish, very round.
