Tasting from 10.02.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red in colour with an orange rim. On the nose, aromas of ripe cherry, beetroot, toasted hazelnut, green pepper, and a subtle note of leather. The palate is warming with textured, slightly course tannins on a vaguely saline, rather drying finish.
