Apple peel tea, with undertones of honey and rosehip. There’s also a very slight hint of iodine. Well-balanced on the palate, the alcohol isn’t overpowering, and the body is filled with fine phenols that support the ripe acidity. A mineral spiciness flashes briefly on the finish.
