Tasting Notes

Tasting from 02.01.2004

Deep ruby garnet, almost opaque core, violet rim, bright rim brightening, creamy bouquet on the nose, almost like a Pomerol, pleasant sweetness, somewhat caramelly, already appears more mature, nougat, roasted plums, elegant and polished on the palate, fine cherry fruit, finesse-rich acid structure, already easy to drink and developed, medium length, a charmer.
