Brilliant and intense straw yellow colour and with plenty of green shades. Very appealing and vivid nose, rich notes of ripe mirabelle and apricot, and a subtle aroma of sage in the background. Salty and complex on the palate, it unfolds beautifully with a nice drive and lovely fruit.
