The white wine Deliella Nero d’Avola Sicilia DOC, vintage 2015 from the winery Principi di Butera has been rated in 2018 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the region Sicily in Italy.
Very powerful and intense ruby red colour with a slightly brightening rim. Chocolaty tones on the nose, slightly of rum steeped fruit, some shoe polish and leather. Concentrated but still sufficiently fresh on the palate, has vivid acidity and fruit, unfortunately somewhat distorted by the wood.
