Tasting from 16.08.2024: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Deep golden yellow in colour. On the nose, ripe aromas of candied lemon peel, quince, some honey, nut nougat, and smoky vanilla. The medium-weight palate is balanced with ripe, vibrant acidity and an impression of salinity. Lingers for a long time.
