The red wine Pruneto Chianti Classico DOCG, vintage 2022 from the winery Pruneto has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Dark, bright ruby red colour. Very ripe cherries, ripe plums and dark chocolate on the nose, with slight hints of walnut. Very warm-hearted fruit, ripe, embedded in rich, slightly rough tannins, unfortunately, becomes a little loosely knit on the finish.
