The red wine Barbaresco DOCG, vintage 2016 from the winery Prunotto has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kierm, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Tasting Notes
Intense, rich ruby red core. Floral nose with scents of violets and geraniums, ripe currants and delicate wild berry scent. Smooth palate well balanced with tight tannins, juicy acidity, a touch drying on the finish.
