Tasting from 10.02.2023: Peter Moser

Deep garnet, purple reflections, broad ochre reflections on the rim. Ripe plums, hints of figs and nougat, candied orange zest. Juicy, red cherries, a touch of mint, fine, ripe tannins. Mineral-salty on the finish, delicately chocolaty on the back palate, a multi-faceted, well-matured food companion from vines over a hundred years old.
