You can tell this is a producer who admires Barolo. Dark fruit and oak spice aromas lead into a soft fruit core firmly framed by grippy tannins. There's nothing rough or rustic here though, just finely woven layers of savoury complexity and harmonious, invigorating acidity that all point to promising scope for further evolution over many years to come.
