Bright straw yellow in colour with delicate olive green reflections and a persistent mousse. On the nose, delicate citrus fruit, yellow peach, a hint of tangerine peel, incense, and sage. The medium-bodied palate has a well-integrated mousse, citrus fruit notes and a balanced finish.
