Tasting Notes
Bright ruby red with subtle brightening on the rim. Noble cherry scent on the nose, wild berry fruit, plus sugared violets, cold stone. The palate is racy, juicy, pure, with clear fruit on crunchy wild berries, grippy juicy tannins, impetuous, but with a lot of foresight and elegance yet to be sharpened.
More about the tastingDark ruby red with purple and opaque core. On the nose very spicy, in addition to dark berry fruit, cherries, blackberries, a touch of sealing wax, cassis and with a fine fleshy component. On the palate hearty, compact and balanced, spreads across the palate with lovely dark berry fruit, shows fine resinous notes; exciting and juicy, great length, put away.
