The white wine Batàr Toscana Bianco IGT, vintage 2020 from the winery Querciabella has been rated in 2023 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Rich, shiny golden yellow colour. Fine nose, opens with notes of camomile, ripe apple, some stone fruit, basil in the background. Round and smooth on the palate, spreads gently over the tongue, has good drive, lots of yellow fruits.
More about the tastingBright light gold. Peppermint, cream and a hint of hazelnut on the nose, fine fumé and ripe stone fruit on the finish. Smooth and round on the palate, creamy and comforting on the tongue, balanced, slightly settled and slightly bitter on the finish, still needs time.
