Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.02.2019: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

It has a rich ruby red colour with a bright core. On the nose there are aromas of sweetish strawberry confit, stewed cherry, as well as slight varnish in the background. On the palate it is distinctly juicy, with a taut acidity, and tightly woven tannins. It is fresh from front to back, with a medium length, and a cool elegance on the finish.
