Tasting Notes
Deep ruby garnet in colour with purple reflections and a subtle rim brightening. Delicate red forest berries on the nose, alongside fresh orange zest and a mineral touch. Medium-bodied palate, again with red cherries, backed by a fine acidity and well-integrated tannins - freshly structured. A touch of nougat on the finish, which lingers saltily. A harmonious, already well-developed food companion.
