Floral fragrance, very clear and complex, lemon blossom, lily of the valley, also some damp stone, mild, albeit dry palate, subtle acidity and a silky phenolic structure, good length, independent white wine with terroir qualities, should also go well with Mediterranean fish dishes or paella.
