Tasting Notes

Tasting from 09.10.2019: Peter Moser

Dark ruby garnet with purple reflections and a subtle brightening on the rim. A restrained nose, with fresh black cherries, a touch of berry jam, and vague hints of candied violets. Medium complexity the palate, with red berry fruit and a freshly structure. Finishes salty-mineral and seems rather light on its feet - a versatile food companion.
