The red wine DOC Risu do Isaac, vintage 2014 from the winery Quinta Do Isaac has been rated in 2019 by Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Trincadeira from the region Douro in Portugal.
Tasting Notes
Juicy, fresh bouquet with notes of ripe citrus fruits, grapefruit and orange, as well as very subtle roasted notes and some chocolate. Quite lean on the palate, with smoky-spicy aromas, nutty notes and a hint of roasted bell peppers. Slightly noticeable tannin. Has character.
