Tasting Notes

90
Tasting from 21.02.2019: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Juicy, fresh bouquet with notes of ripe citrus fruits, grapefruit and orange, as well as very subtle roasted notes and some chocolate. Quite lean on the palate, with smoky-spicy aromas, nutty notes and a hint of roasted bell peppers. Slightly noticeable tannin. Has character.
